We love catering weddings !!! We had the opportunity to cater this beautiful weddding!!! Cocktail Hour consisted of - Assorted Cheese and Crackers,Assorted Fruit and Veggies, Honey Hickory Meatballs and Honey Turkey and Cheese Sliders. Dinner Consisted Of - Baked Chicken,Fried Chicken,Honey Garlic Salmon,Lemon Butter Salmon,Seasoned Rice, Brown Sugar Brussel Sprouts, Macaroni and Cheese, Corn Bread, Rolls and Caesar Salad. It was a long process getting here but Today was the first day I got to use my food trailer!!! Thank you Four Oaks Day Service Center for Allowing Afton’s Soul Cuisine to cater to the Newport News community. I wanted to be a Blessing to someone and I’m happy that everyone felt the love in every plate they received today!!! Menu consisted of Fried Fish , Baked Chicken ,Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese , Southern Greenbeans, Mixed Vegetables and Hawaiian rolls!!!
