Today, the Środek family and staff pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We will never forget.

Both Środek’s locations are open regular hours today. As a small token of our gratitude, firefighters, police officers and military personnel in uniform receive a discount at either location. Thank you for your service and dedication.

🇵🇱 Labor Day weekend 👷 is in full swing—and the forecast is calling for temperatures in the upper 70s 🤞! ☀️ That means it’s the perfect weekend to fire up the grill with Środek’s Kiełbasa Grillers! Hamtramck is hopping: ⚽ Detroit City Football Club kicks off tonight at 7 p.m.—and the Środek’s Food Truck will be there! 🎶 The Hamtramck Labor Day Festival runs from noon–11 p.m. 🇵🇱 The Labor Day Parade steps off Monday at 1:30 p.m. 🛒 Środek’s Hamtramck will be open Monday from noon–3 p.m. for drinks, snacks and Polish favorites during the parade!
