The ear was cooked on the ribs, and then the rib yushka was topped with boar, butter, eggs, and mixed thoroughly. They added ribi shmatochki and zapіkali. It looks like a fish pie, ale wine richly rich and fragrant. The Ukrainian writer Ivan Kotlyarevsky wrote about this grass, to the point of speech, in his works.
