🎤 Can you say DREAM TEAM?!! Because we truly cannot do this without the best of the best. 💜

🎂Say hi to Amanda!! is our Pastry Sous Chef and brings so much talent, technique, and heart to everything we do. She worked alongside Danetra at Swank Desserts as Pastry Sous Chef and is an incredible Pastry Chef in her own right. She’s been with us at Roxa these last few months, and it’s been so exciting to watch her really step into this season with Roxa!

🍸You know Erin?! — you may know her from JackRabbit!! Not only does she have an insane background as CDC from JackRabbit, she has more talents to share! She’s stepping into our Front of House role, where you’ll feel her hospitality and love for this industry the second you walk in. Her attention to detail is unmatched — and yes, she’s crafting some really fun, thoughtful cocktails for us too.

🥂And while we’re fine-tuning everything, we’re tasting wines with Angie (and our friends at ) to build a wine list that makes sense with dessert — not an afterthought, but part of the experience. (We love you, Angie!)

We’re learning together and feeling really grateful for the people that will be showing up for it. That’s what makes Roxa dessert bar so special. 💜

-we’re opening our DREAM brick-and-mortar dessert bar in Hanahan this upcoming February!

We’re having fun bringing it to life and you know we're always bringing our favorite shade-purple! 💜

Roxa means purple in Portuguese, and it’s at the core of everything we do. From ube and lavender to edible flowers, purple has always been Chef Heather’s signature. More than a color, Roxa is about culture, creativity, and gathering—where flavors, stories, and Chef Heather’s French and American roots come together.

And hope you didnt miss it-no Dream dessert bar is complete without our Rockstar Pastry Sous Chef Amanda Hudson She is bringing everything to this!
