This week’s soup is Beef Barley — made with tender chuck roast, barley, potatoes, carrots, celery, tomatoes and all the cozy goodness you want when the weather starts cooling down.
Our soups are small batch and made fresh by Melinda, so when it’s gone, it’s gone!

The grab n go cooler is stocked for this weekend and all grab and go drinks are $1.00 off the regular price! Come help us empty the cooler! We will be open tomorrow, 7:30-2, Friday 7:30-2 and Saturday and Sunday 8-2. Hope to see you there!

You have all been so patient waiting for these, and I didn’t want to make you wait any longer. We are launching the menu now, even though three of our specialty syrups are still making their way to us after a three-week wait.

Available now:
🍎 Bittersweet — caramel apple iced coffee or latte with apple cold foam and caramel drizzle
🍁 Witch Hazel — salted maple chai
🌿 Ivy — toasted brown sugar matcha with toasted-marshmallow cold foam
🌰 Oakleaf — butter pecan iced coffee or latte with white chocolate cold foam and caramel drizzle

🎃 Pumpkin Spice is back starting tomorrow! 🎃

Please bear with me as we prepare to roll out the rest of our fall menu. This season is an especially busy one for me personally—between my full-time job, two younger children starting school, field hockey, football (although our son is currently sidelined with a broken toe!), planning our relocation, preparing to serve drinks and breakfast sandwiches at an upcoming event, and now traveling out of town for work for a week.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on our fall drink specials, gathering ingredients, and preparing to launch our fall cream cheese flavors. They’re coming—I promise! 🍂☕️

Our weekend soup specials will begin September 25. 🥣

🍂 NEW FALL HOURS STARTING THIS WEEK! 🍂

As summer starts to wind down and things get a little quieter around town, we’re adjusting our hours to match the change in foot traffic.

Starting this week, our hours will be:

☕ Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 2 PM
☕ Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM – 2 PM
Monday–Wednesday: Closed

We’re still here brewing your favorites, slinging bagels, and getting ready for all the cozy things coming this fall. 🍁

And trust us… there’s a LOT happening behind the scenes. Our fall menu is coming soon, we have some fun seasonal things planned, and we’re getting closer and closer to our move into our new year-round home! 🖤

Thank you for continuing to show up for our little shop through every season. We can’t wait to spend fall with you.

WE’RE OPEN—and there is so much to look forward to at Nightshade on Elm! ☕🍂
Our brand-new fall drink and cream cheese menu will debut just after Labor Day, followed by cozy weekend soup specials around the same time—or shortly after!
We also have some BIG news: We’ll be closing our current location after Halloween and reopening at our NEW location in November! Even better? This move means Nightshade will officially be open ALL YEAR! 🎉
We have so many exciting ideas in the works for our new space, and we can’t wait to share them with you. A new logo as well! Look for our hoodies coming soon! For now, stop in, grab your Nightshade favorites, and stay tuned—this next chapter is going to be a good one! 🖤
