A couple years ago I decided to make a different chocolate chip cookie recipe a couple of years ago. After they were done I thought they were average cookies. They obviously were not just your average cookie when 2 dozen cookies were devoured by my family in 2 days. Many people told me that I should start to sell my cookies. I now am experimenting new cookies while still making my original chocola

Four years ago, I made a spur-of-the-moment decision... and somehow it turned into a real small business.

I honestly can’t believe this little cookie adventure is still going strong four years later. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, whether you’ve placed an order, shared my posts, or graciously helped me avoid eating all-of the leftover cookies myself. (shoutout to my co workers!)

The last few years have been a little quieter thanks to school and all the other twists and turns life brings, but I’m so grateful I’ve been able to keep this business going. I’m excited to carry it with me into my career and whatever comes next.

Here’s to Year 5! Thank you for being part of this journey I can’t wait to see what’s ahead.

✨ Gabi’s Cookie Kitchen 2025 Recap ✨

• Kitchens - 2 (128 miles apart)
• Orders: lost count in February
• Grocery store runs: concerning
• Cookie fails: too many to discuss publicly
• Largest order: 30 dozen cookies (still thinking about it)
• Most popular cookie: Monster (as it should be)

This year had highs, lows, and a suspicious amount of flour everywhere, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thank you to everyone who supported, ordered, and believed in this little cookie dream. Can’t wait to bake even more chaos for you in the new year ✨🍪
