🐔🌟LITTLE FLATS’ EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK: HENRIETTA — AGAIN!🌟🐔

Apparently, one week of recognition just wasn’t enough for this girl!🫶🏼

After keeping Little Flats supplied with fresh eggs, Henrietta has officially earned herself another week of recognition!🥚🫶🏼 We think it’s safe to say she’s taking her job pretty seriously, and we can’t argue with the results!

For those who remember her first feature, Henrietta was the very first hen in our flock to lay an egg. Since then, she’s continued to do her part, and we’re certainly not complaining about having a reliable egg producer on the team!🐔

We might need to start coming up with some employee benefits for this girl if she keeps up the good work!👀😂

Congratulations on another week in the spotlight, Henrietta! We’re proud to have you on the Little Flats crew.🫶🏼🐔

Now the real question is… will she make it three weeks in a row, or will another member of the flock step up and steal her title?👀

Happy Friday!☀️ Little Flats is officially open for the weekend, and we’re looking forward to another great few days!😊

With summer coming to an end, we’re reaching the final stretch of our fresh garden produce for the season. We’re making the most of these last few harvests while we can!

And for a little extra fun, we have a few deals going on this weekend!👀 But you’ll have to stop by to see what they are!😉

Here’s what we have available at the stand this weekend:

🍥Fresh-baked cinnamon rolls — Our classic regular cinnamon rolls are back for the weekend, freshly baked and ready to enjoy!

🧄Homemade garlic croutons — Made from scratch and seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper for a flavorful bite! They’re a delicious addition to your favorite salads and soups, or you can enjoy them straight from the bag as a savory snack.😋

🍓Homemade jams — Our homemade jams are full of fruity flavor and perfect for spreading on toast, biscuits, fresh-baked goods, stirring into yogurt, or even spooning over ice cream! We have a variety of flavors available, and you can sample them at the stand to find your next favorite.🍓

🍎Homemade applesauce — Available in both plain and cinnamon, our applesauce is made with Honeycrisp apples that are naturally sweet, crisp, and full of flavor. With very little added sugar, the natural sweetness of the apples shines through! Enjoy it on its own as a snack, alongside your favorite meals, or stirred into oatmeal for a little extra sweetness.🍎

🥫Homemade garden salsa — Made with fresh ingredients from our garden, our homemade salsa is a great way to bring a little garden-fresh flavor to your table! Enjoy it with tortilla chips, spoon it over tacos, or add it to your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes for an extra burst of flavor.🌶️

🥒Homemade pickled favorites — From our pickled asparagus and tangy banana peppers to our pickled jalapeño peppers, bread and butter pickle chips, and kosher dill pickle spears, there’s a little something for every pickle lover! Whether you’re adding them to burgers and sandwiches, dressing up a charcuterie board, or enjoying them straight from the jar, these homemade favorites are a great addition to your fridge.🥒

🍅Fresh garden produce — We’re making the most of our final harvests of the season, and we still have a great selection available! From fresh garden tomatoes and cucumbers to bell peppers, potatoes, and even Jack Be Little pumpkins, there’s still time to enjoy some of your garden favorites before the growing season comes to an end!

🥚Fresh eggs from our hens — Collected fresh from our own flock, our eggs are a farm-fresh staple for your kitchen! Whether you’re making breakfast, baking your favorite treats, or preparing meals throughout the week, they’re a wonderful addition to have on hand.🐔

And just like that, another weekend at Little Flats has come to an end.

We truly want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who stopped by, made a purchase, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply took the time to support our roadside stand. This weekend brought an incredible amount of support our way, and we are beyond grateful for every bit of it.🥹🫶🏼

Seeing so many of you continue to come back, try something new, and support the things we’re making means more to us than we could ever put into words. Little Flats has grown so much because of the people who continue to believe in what we’re doing and choose to shop small and support local.

We never want to take that support for granted. Every purchase and every kind word helps us continue doing what we love, and we are truly thankful to have such a wonderful community behind us.

Thank you for making this weekend so special and for continuing to support Little Flats. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.🫶🏼

SOLD OUT!🤩🫶🏼

We are officially sold out of all of our cinnamon rolls for today — both regular and caramel apple pie — and we are also completely sold out of eggs!🥚

There are still plenty of homemade favorites available at the stand though, including fresh-baked croutons, homemade jams, applesauce, spaghetti sauce (limited quantity), salsa, and fresh produce.

What an incredible Sunday at Little Flats! We are truly grateful for the support you continue to show our roadside stand. Every purchase, visit, kind word, and share means more to us than you may know.

You guys!🤩 In just 15 minutes, we completely sold out of our regular cinnamon rolls, and we’re down to just ✨THREE✨ caramel apple pie cinnamon rolls!🍎

The stand has been restocked, and we’ve officially sold out of eggs for today!🥚 No need to worry, though — we’ll have more available tomorrow.🙌🏼

We’re also running low on our homemade spaghetti sauce and cinnamon rolls. We’re not sure when we’ll be making another batch of spaghetti sauce, so if you’ve been meaning to pick up a quart, now is a perfect time to grab one while they’re still available!

We’re open until 6 PM today.🫶🏼

🍥Fresh-Baked Cinnamon Rolls: Regular & caramel apple pie (No longer located in the mini fridge)
We’re bringing back our regular cinnamon rolls this weekend! They’ve been missed, and we’ve had quite a few people ask when they’d be back. With that in mind, we figured it was time to give everyone a chance to enjoy them again! And after how well the caramel apple pie rolls were received the last time we made them, we knew we had to make them again, too!🍎

🥖Homemade Artisan Croutons: Seasoned with garlic salt & pepper

🫐Homemade Jams: Blueberry, raspberry & strawberry

🍎Homemade Applesauce: Regular & cinnamon

🍝Homemade Spaghetti Sauce: A savory blend of tomatoes, peppers, onions & delicious seasonings
