Monadnock Art presents one of the oldest and largest weekend Open Studio Art Tours in the country! We are so thrilled be a part of this! You can find us in Hancock, NH at Studio 37.

Saturday, October 10 - Monday, October 12: Enjoy wonderful views as you drive tree-lined roads alongside farms, ponds and rivers, red-yellow-orange-speckled hills, charming towns, and enticing vistas of stately Mount Monadnock. Follow the orange Art Tour signs and the black & white studio markers to find an abundance of creativity. Get the behind-the-scenes insight of how the art is made, and talk to the artists about their tools and their process.

This self-guided tour winds through the Monadnock Region in Southern New Hampshire. There is no charge to get the map or visit the studios, but we encourage you to enliven your homes and offices by supporting our artists by purchasing their artwork!

Hello! My name is Audrey Carrel. I own and operate Meka Farm & Homegoods in Hancock, NH with my husband Matthew Stoops — and I am asking for your help.

Meka Farm & Homegoods has been accepted as a vendor at Vogue Knitting Live 2027 taking place January 14-17 in New York City. It’s a big “wow” moment for us and I’m both excited to bring our offerings and a bit overwhelmed to take this leap that will put us in front of an international audience. It’s like ComicCon but for knitters (and crocheters and designers and fiber artists). We’ll be bringing our best to the table and giving what we hope will be an amazing example of what a small farm in southwest NH can offer: naturally cured and tanned sheepskins from our farm and other local farms, hand-dyed yarns and designs, and kits like our Ramen Noodle Sock Yarn Instant Dye Kit. It’s a big endeavor that comes with a hefty cost - approximately $6000 between the vendor fees, lodging (we’re going as low as possible) and building the inventory needed to sustain such a large, multi-day event.

We are hoping to fundraise up to $5000 of the projected cost with a deadline of October 31 ... and we are so grateful for the nearly $1700 raised so far. Will you help us get the rest of the way there? In return, we offer thank-you gifts ranging from a hand-written note to items from our farm store to a pair of hand-knit socks in time for the winter holidays. Any amount, $5 or $50 or more, is greatly appreciated.

Goal Deadline: October 31, 2026

We're getting closer! Can you help get us the rest of the way? Meka Farm & Homegoods of Hancock, NH has been selected as a vendor at Vogue Knitting Live taking place January 14-17, 2027 in Times Square, New York City. It's a HUGE honor and we need your support to get there - the fees and costs associated with this event are higher than any we've faced before and it's honestly daunting. We are expecting total costs to come in at over $6000 and are hoping to fundraise from our community to reach our goal of $5000 towards those costs. We look forward to thanking our donors with thank-you gifts from handwritten notecards to custom-made hand-knit socks.

We are looking forward to introducing The Big Apple to our hand-knit and original designs and knitwear, our locally-raised and naturally tanned sheepskins from our farm and other farms near Hancock, small batch created beeswax & lanolin body balms and of course to the always fun and unique Ramen Noodle Sock Yarn Instant Dye Kits. This opportunity will introduce us to both national and international clients - something that is both scary and exciting! - and can help to make a small, home-based business like ours successful on a level that we have so far only dreamed of.
