Making due with the space you have is something we have learned to embrace here at Homestead Hoes 🤠

One of us has used our one singular kitchen window to grow our own peppers & then some!

The end may not result in many, but a few is better than none plus the learning experience along the way is worth it!

Before the wind won 🌬 destined to be a sunflower bouquet on my counter before I was ready!

First ever sunflowers! We were a little worried that the late blooming meant I had made a mistake.. but here we are!

I had a beautiful red one as well that didn't seem to last as long as my yellows.

The wind took them out this time, but we have started planning for next year!
