Can anyone tell me the secret to keeping animals ALIVE?!!! I've bought 1000s $s of goats and bred more but I only have 2!😭 This is tearing my heart from my chest and mashing it into a pulp. Same luck with rabbits. C***s go after my chickens and I have to keep them in the coop now. Why, Lord!?

New horses. Sort of a rescue... But a pricey one. We lost one (not pictured) due to what the vet called re-feeding syndrome. The other skinny one(PoPo-chestnut blaze face) is starting to pick up.

Puppies are scheduled for vaccinations June 27th. They will be ready to go to new homes the 28th. Eating and drinking like champs!

I have an update on this. This is actually called a buttonbush! National Arbor Day Foundation sent me the wrong thing but it is a blessing in disguise. These are classified as being profoundly beneficial to honey bees!!!

Love this tree! It's a Russian Dwarf Almond. After seeing it come up on Arbor Day for years, I finally bought one. No almonds, but bountiful funny little flowers that attract the heck out of any and all nectar seeking critters. I've seen it covered in bees, many gorgeous butterflies and even the occasional hummingbird. Unfortunately when I decided I needed another one or two or three I found that Arbor Day has discontinued selling them...

Our first Maddox Falls chicks is six weeks old, so I put her out which the big girls this morning and I come in to find this! Welcome to the world!!!

Made a little bee garden and set up a new bee colony yesterday. Hope my flowers grow! And no, my girls are sweeties and didn't sting me!
