The produce is really starting to come in! Dad and his farmhand Hannah picked lots of fresh lettuce, some slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peas, cucumbers, eggplant, and the first of the zucchini and garlic!!

For now, tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini are just available at the farm store, but we do have over 60 bags of lettuce and ten pounds of sugar snap peas headed to the Harbor Springs Farmers Market tomorrow! Along with the usual ravioli, pestos, and sauces 😋

A few days late posting, but we made it “knee high by the Fourth of July.”

All three plantings of sweet corn are in the ground, and we can’t wait for this delicious summer specialty to be ready 🌽
