No news from the farm yesterday, was out at the Jed Smith Mt men range. We were getting the ranges and trails all ready for the rendezvous. Ifyou are needing something to do between June 29th and July 5th come on down to smith river. We will be down there shooting black powder, primitive archery, and throwing hawk and knife. Some will have primitive camps set up. I'll be in the cabin and can tell you were to go to watch what. There will also be a fort shoot and a duel!

This morning shaniagains! Made marina with the youngest farmhand boy. It was his recipe so he thought he needed to supervise. 🫡Things got messy and crazy. Big mess in the kitchen and a burnt hand but we got her simmering and 4 hours later we had sauce. Made 10 quarts with the first batch, now to start the second batch.

Tallow soap $8 a bar. We have rosemary, peppermint with coconut oil. Only 8 left! Won't be able to make more till August...
