The girls dirt raised hogs are ready for your freezer! Their hogs are heading to the locker in late August & mid-September. Message me to reserve a half or whole. Check out this bacon from one of last year’s hogs!

They are scheduled to go to Nadler’s October 1st (unless you want to pick a hog up and take it to the locker of your choice).

We have an extra half of a beef at the locker right now if anyone need to fill their freezer. It hasn’t been cut up yet so you will get to dictate how it’s processed. 🥩

Quarter, half or whole freezer beef available.
Home raised, Angus cross.
Raised on grass and finished on corn. No added hormones or antibiotics.
Price is based on the individual beef carcass hanging weight.

Quarters - standard cut sheet used
Halves or whole- you dictate how it’s processed; the locker would call you to go over your individual cut sheet.

Beef available for either April or May delivery. Delivered to your door within 45 miles.

References available upon request or feel free to call the locker to ask about our beef.

Processing dates scheduled for December, January and February.

Customer dictates processing & packaging on 1/2s and wholes. A standard cut sheet is used on 1/4s, so both parties splitting the side of beef are treated fairly.

A 1/4 beef is approximately 125lbs of take home retail cuts.

1/4 Beef Standard Cut Sheet:
Ribeye Steaks
T-bone Steaks
Sirloin Steaks
Brisket
Roasts
Approximately 40lbs of Hamburger (1 lb packages)
Stew meat
Soup Bones

With estimated processing costs included, the cost would be approximately $6.30/lb for retail cuts.

Jake was working on the corral to sort off some fat cattle, so of course the cattle had to come check out what he was up to. Our son also had his first up close visit with cattle. Since our cattle are hand fed grain daily, if they see Jake anywhere nearby they instantly think they are going to be fed.
