Let me give credit where credit is due🥺
I’m gone for the weekend and I spent all week making sure I had everything in order so the shop can run smooth when I’m not there.
No one sees the stress behind the scenes. But Herbalife had a malfunction at their warehouse earlier in the week. Long story short, they delayed my shipment of product. If you know me, my biggest pet peeve is running out of product.
Thank God for Jaclyn and Makenna Chachere having a few products to spare for me until mine came in. I woke up at 5am before my 12 hour shift at the hospital on Wednesday to drive to Eagle Nutrition to grab enough product so we didn’t skip a beat at the shop. We came close but never ran out👏🏼
Fast forward to today. We had an unexpected absence in our team leaving Makenna to run the whole shop by herself on top of 40 deliveries to the schools.
I’m an hour and a half away, so if I drove home there’s no chance I would be back to the shop in time. So I start panic calling. Again thank God for Jaclyn, she sent her sister to the shop to start helping. Thank God for Ashley Watson, she threw clothes on and headed to the shop without skipping a beat. She might not know how to make drinks, but she started icing and filling with water to help the process. Thank God for Samantha Barger Coogler, she dropped her kids off at school and drove straight from Tarkington to the shop as fast as she could. And of course thank God for MaKenna Furlow for holding her composure in complete chaos.
With the help of this village we delivered everything on time to Hardin and Liberty ISD
💙💛🖤 while making sure everyone was served in a timely manner in the shop!
In all of this to say-if you found yourself getting frustrated waiting in line. Or it took a little longer to get your order. Or if it felt a little off in the shop today..the girls were trying their complete best. Making 99 drinks in 3 hours (not including the deliveries) requires so much skill and composure that I don’t think anyone realizes unless you are there to witness it 😮💨
These girls don’t just make teas. They are making a impact in our little community and I couldn’t be more proud of them and proud of Hornet Nutrition💙💛
