Finally got around to canning the first 12 jar round of Dilly Beans about a week ago, and they’re looking good so far!

Fresh from the garden: Mixed snap beans, garlic, dill, grape leaf, and Hungarian hot wax pepper 🌶️

Feeling very grateful to be harvesting, processing, and enjoying what we have been lucky enough to continue growing this year 🙏🏻
For many that grow food in VT, it has been a devastating year, and continued support from the community (donations, volunteering, sharing information and needs, etc…) goes a long way towards getting them back on there feet, and back to feeding our state 🌱

We recently welcomed this handsome boy (who has been named Hank 🤣🙌) into our flock! So far he’s been a great rooster, and our hens seem to love him! 🐓

Spring has sprung! Starts have been started, the chickens are enjoying the freshly uncovered earth, and there are signs of new life everywhere we look 🌱
