Stillman Quality Meats Welcome to Stillman’s at the Turkey Farm. Stillman Quality Meats is a diversified livestock farm specializing in grass-fed and pasture raised meats and poultry.

We are a small, artisan family farm dedicated to producing the best tasting, most nutritious and sustainable meats and poultry. Situated in the picturesque town of Hardwick, MA our farm raises premium beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey and specialty waterfowl. All of our meats and poultry are processed on farm in our state inspected abattoir.

From the normal construction woes to navigating unique + specialized processing considerations for building a USDA facility on a farm in rural Massachusetts...

The MOST INCREDIBLE TEAM brought our facility to life!!

There will be more to come... LOTS more as we get ready for our first week of production and prepping for wholesale.
