Stillman Quality Meats Welcome to Stillman’s at the Turkey Farm. Stillman Quality Meats is a diversified livestock farm specializing in grass-fed and pasture raised meats and poultry.

We are a small, artisan family farm dedicated to producing the best tasting, most nutritious and sustainable meats and poultry. Situated in the picturesque town of Hardwick, MA our farm raises premium beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey and specialty waterfowl. All of our meats and poultry are processed on farm in our state inspected abattoir.

The growing season in central Mass is winding down - perfect excuse to plan a special trip to markets this weekend and stash away the last of the Harvest.

A little reminder — Behind every new fence or gate or new farm building — is years of planning, dreaming, saving, and even fumbling.

There's no such thing as "instant success" on a farm.

It's been a BIG year of BIG projects for the farm and our team - from the opening of our USDA meat processing plant to new livestock facilities and the renovation of our historic 1830's barn — And we're not done yet!

Ever grateful for our team - working hard and continuing to push for BIG things 💛.

Prepping an extra big batch of "Oktoberfest Sausages," braised in b**r with sauerkraut, cabbage and apples for our monthly dinner gathering for the Farmers Guild of Hardwick tonight!

What an easy way to make a meal for a crowd! Chop and combine - cabbage, onion and apples... Season with salt, pepper, mustard, b**r and a little brown sugar and butter.
Place sausages on top... And cook at 400 until everything is tender!

EVERYTHING was local — from our farm or in the community.

This is all getting topped over oven roasted potatoes — from start to scratch, including the chopping less than an hour!!
