Tomorrow, March 30th, is our last open house of the season! 🍁

We’ll be open from 11–4, and while we won’t be boiling (the season has officially wrapped up), we’ve got plenty of this year’s maple syrup, cream, and candy ready for you.

Come by for one last visit, stock up on the sweetness, and say goodbye to the sugar house until next year. We’d love to see you!

This week broke a record for us—we’ve been boiling sap to make maple syrup every single day! And we’ll be boiling again tomorrow during our Open House from 11-4 (come by for a visit and see the steam rising!).

Joe swears the full moon makes a difference… and I have to admit, it sure seems like the sap flows heavier when the moon is full. Either way, the temperatures have been perfect for sugaring—freezing at night and warming up during the day.

It looks like it might get too warm in the coming days, though we’re hoping for a cold snap so things keep freezing at night. Joe’s exhausted, but we’re holding out hope for a good season of production. Fingers crossed!

Hope to see you at the sugar shack tomorrow—there’s nothing like fresh syrup and good company. 🍁🔥

A new bottling room at the maple farm has seriously upgraded the Sugar Shack infrastructure!

The sap is running and the Rasketts are hosting their open houses every Sunday in March, be sure to stop by for a visit and to grab some freshly made maple syrup!

Megan says, “Now, with the warm days and cold nights finally lining up, the sap is flowing, and we’ll be boiling. If you stop by, you’ll get to see it all in action—the steam rising, the syrup taking shape, and the familiar rhythm of the sugaring season finally settling in.
