“Homestead Dilly Potato Salad “
INGREDIENTS:
Leigh potatoes
Red onion
Our own farm fresh brown eggs
Fresh dill
Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper

TO MAKE :
Boil potatoes until tender , cool and dice . Chop the red onion and hard boiled eggs . Combine with mayonnaise and fresh dill then season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill and enjoy !!!
