Join us for the first annual Built in the Bluegrass Bull Sale on Nov. 8 in Cub Run, KY. Legacy Farms was started in 2008 by Daniel and Lindsey Reynolds. Located in Hardyville, Kentucky, Legacy Farms raises registered Angus cattle. Replacement bulls and heifers and customer fed freezer beefs are marketed by the farm each year through private treaty and consignment sales. Grass fed, grain finished ground beef, roast, and steaks are available for retail purchase throughout the year.

The sale offering will be sold in catalog order. The whole crew is making the trip to Danville, Indiana to be at the studio with Dave Mullins for the sale. We all have worked with the sale lineup from the start and would be happy to assist in anyway.

Two days away from the Built in the Bluegrass Sale with Legacy Farms and Limestone Genetics. We always try to bring a strong group of spring heifers and this year is no exception! Lots 11, 12, 15, 16, and 18 are all 14 months old and were bred 4/2/26 to SAV Courage. This group is good footed, high volumed and big ribbed type of cattle. They sell 4/23/26 on Salering . Partisover Burgess 166 has become a foundation cornerstone in our program. Being one of the most prolific and proven daughters of 744, genetic opportunities on this donor are very desirable. Last spring a flush of 166 was sold to Brad Cox while most recently the high selling bull in the inaugural Built in the Bluegrass Bull Sale was Lot 1, Legacy Leverage 426M, a son of Burgess 166, purchased by ELK Angus in Wyoming for $35,000. Daughters from past sales are working for Rough Creek Angus and Arrowhead Creek Farm, and Musgrave Angus have their first calves by Tiamate Roy out of 166.

We had our first look at Sharpie calves last month at Musgrave Angus. They are stout with style! Get in early on one of the hottest new sires with this mating!

511N is a dynamic, power-driven female in our yearling heifer lineup. We love how she combines tremendous base width and raw shape with precision balance. This Partisover Tradition sired heifer is offered serviced AI to SAV Courage on 4/2/26. A maternal sister to the dam of 511N was purchased by Musgrave Angus as a bred heifer for $9500 in our female sale in ‘24. Her first calf sold a couple of weeks ago in their bull sale for $19,000 as lot 93.
