CALLING ALL VENDORS! FROST FEST 2026!

The City of Harker Heights Parks & Recreation is seeking vendors for Frost Fest 2026!

Join us for a fun-filled holiday celebration with shopping, festive activities, music, Santa photos, and plenty of Christmas cheer!

Saturday, December 12, 2026
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Harker Heights Community Park
1605 Knights Way, Harker Heights, TX

We are looking for artisan vendors, local businesses, food trucks, and more! This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and join a wonderful holiday tradition.

Interested in becoming a vendor?

All vendors must submit a Special Event Vendor Application through CivicRec.

After you submit your application, our staff will review it and email you your approval status. If approved, you will also receive instructions on how to register for our special events through CivicRec.

Submitting an application does not automatically register you for Frost Fest.

Join us indoors at Graze Craze Killeen for a night of crafting and snacking. We will provide charcuterie and everything you need to create a beautiful succulent arrangement to take home!

🥾 Guided Hike & Graze

Get outdoors at Chalk Ridge Falls! Hike alongside a local nature guide (me!) and receive a custom nature field guide kit plus a premium charcuterie cup!
