We are a custom meat processing plant that helps you through the full continuum of the processing procedure of either beef or pork. We do not have a retail counter, one cannot purchase just a few pounds of meat from us. You can order a quarter, half, or whole beef and half or a whole hog in which we will process according to your specifications.

With the South American cattle about to hit the market, choose to buy your beef from a local farmer and butcher shop. Instead of supporting foreign producers, support your neighbors who are farming to provide a healthier alternative and not the bottom line like a corporate store. Buying livestock, also supports local feed stores as well.

When ordering beef from a farmer remember this simple phrase, not all cattle are beef, and not all beef is steak. Make sure to ask the farmer you are purchasing a young (15-25 months old) beef and not an old cow or bull. I wish I could process the whole beef into primal steaks, but the animal is not a block of wood that can be shaped into whatever you want.
