Our farmers and our families deserve better.
H.O.P.E. is actively working to lower food costs for families and train the next generation of Texas farmers.
We are standing up to protect our state's agricultural future.

The agency pointed to gazebos, massages, and a $20,000 budget for pens to justify the cuts. But the groups that lost funding say those claims don't add up.

We are thrilled to host a hands-on, high-energy summer program designed just for kids ages 9–14!

Students will learn exactly what it takes to start and run their very own microgreens business.

🌱 What Students Will Learn:
-How to plant and grow microgreens, mastering soil, seeds, and watering basics.
-Understanding light and plant growth cycles, plus the amazing superfood power of microgreens!
-Harvesting and essential food safety basics.
- Packaging and pricing products, creating a simple business plan, and learning how to sell and make a genuine profit.

📅 Program Details:
Who: Ages 9–14
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Stainke Elementary (1309 South Ave, Donna, TX)
Dates Available:
June: 15–19 & 22–26
July: 06–10 & 13–17
