Since joining New Beginning HCSP LLC on 03/05/2024, Tiarra has continuously demonstrated an outstanding attitude, dependability, and dedication to both our clients and team. She is always positive, willing to help, and ready to step in wherever needed. Whether it is covering shifts, assisting coworkers, or supporting daily operations, Tiarra consistently shows that she can be counted on no matter the situation.

Her involvement goes beyond her regular responsibilities. Tiarra actively participates in events such as Special Olympics, showing genuine care and commitment to the individuals we serve and our organization’s mission.
