7 degrees, at 11:12 am. Peggy and I were out there at 7:30 tending to the horses (7) of them. Not going to kid anyone it’s harder than you think in this type of weather. So far they seem to be holding up okay. Colder temps coming!

Cat is probably the fastest horse we have but, due to a medical condition she is retired. Sweetest people horse you could ever hope to have. Her fouls are all beautiful and look like clones.

This is Topper , 1 1/2 year old Quarter Horse out of our Stallion Rebel. Topper is a great grandson of the two time world champion racing Quarter Horse Rebel Cause. His mother is out of Catalena Boy , champion Quarter Horse-cutting . He is extremely fast and loves to run. He will do anything Raelee asks of him. Raelee works with him everyday and when he’s 2 she plans on letting him learn more about barrel racing basics. He will be a great one , I quarantee.

This is Kitt, she is a 4 year old registered Quarter Horse. She knows the barrel pattern and of course has a ways to go in her training. She absolutely loves people and is fun to be around. When the time comes , I think she’ll be tearing up barrel racing. She’s fast and is an extremely fast learner. I think she is a beautiful part of the Rock’n G !
