I will be smoking turkeys and ham for thanksgiving. They will include 2 sides and yeast rolls.

The Turkey will be brined and glazed in a Maple Bourbon Glaze. And it will be juicy and flavorful.

The Ham will be double smoked and have a brown sugar apricot glaze.

I will be smoking food again for the weekend the 30th and the 1st. I have attached a rudimentary menu. Prices are based on market pricing of the meat.

Pork Butt - $50. 8 available.
Smoked Chicken Thighs - 4 for $20
Smoked Bologna - 5lb chub for $35
Chicken Quarters - 4 for $15
Smoked Meatloaf - 2lbs for $25
Smoked Pork Tenderloin - $15

I will be smoking pork butts the weekend of the 24th. They will bill slow smoked over charcoal and hickory wood for a minimum of 16 hours. I will
Be smoking 6 butts that will be ready on the 24th and 6 more that will be ready on the 25th. They are 6-7lbs each and will feed 12-16 people. I put a lot of attention, detail, and love in to each one. If this experiment goes well I will do this again and add more to the “menu”.

The price will be $45 each and they will come shredded in a foil pan.
