We keep things simple for the animals - they get plenty of space, yummy grass (or hay), clean and plentiful water, fresh air and shelter! They get so comfortable here they practically become pets, mooing at us when we get home (more specifically, Brian) to let him know they're ready to be moved to new pasture or hay.

Brian keeps it simple in this video about what he does to help keep the animals happy and healthy, but really he does a lot! He tests the soil, hay, and water to make sure it meets the nutritional standards for beef cattle. He works to improve the living conditions, maintains herd health through routine vet visits, and carefully selects genetic characteristics in our breeding program to improve meat quality and optimize performance on pasture.

Hard to believe it’s almost November which means Thanksgiving is fast approaching!

This year we trialed pasture raised turkeys and I’m happy to report they performed wonderfully!! They were rotated daily to fresh pasture with their fellow poultry pasture-mates, had fresh air, sunshine, shade, food, and water. We enjoyed hearing them call every day.

If you’d like to purchase a turkey for your thanksgiving feast, visit our website (link in bio) or give us a call to place your order. We have a very limited supply as we’ve already sold some. The birds range in size between 24-28 lbs. Pricing on website.

We’re confident these birds are going to be extremely juicy and flavorful based on the few birds we trialed last year!

Say hello to our 2 newest calves born just a week ago! One boy and one girl. The kids have named them Chrysanthemum and Thunder ☺️ it was a pretty smooth process for everyone. We’re lucky to have some great mama cows!
