Soup For a Cold Spring Day

I love soup. My favorite kinds are hearty, chunky soups that eat like a meal. I love the way soup warms you from the inside out as you eat, especially as the nights frow cold surinf the fall, or on cold spring days like today.. And I love that soup is relatively simple as far as cooking goes.

I love that they are made in one pot (for simple clean-up and fewer dishes to wash) or in the slow cooker (set it and forget it; dinner will be ready in a few hours).You all know I don't do dishes unless there is a dishwasher involved. 😀

Creamy Reuben Soup All the goodness of a reuben sandwich in a soup. This creamy potato soup is accessorized with corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Yum!

Mediterranean Meatball Soup This soup’s seasoned tomato broth is so good, and the veggies taste so fresh. The second time I made this recipe I used pre-made meatballs – a time-saving trick for when you need dinner in a hurry.

Tex Mex Potato Corn Chowder This soup can be ready in less than 30 minutes and tastes like it was simmered for hours. It has a little Tex-Mex kick and is delicious topped with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of green onion.

French Onion and Beef Soup French onion soup is one of my very favorites. This version is made in your slow cooker. The beef stew meat is a welcome addition and makes this soup extra hearty.

Tuscan Chicken & Bean Soup This soup can be made in an electric pressure cooker or in a slow cooker. It tastes like a trip to Italy.

Chicken Enchilada Soup This soup is amazing. All the ingredients go into the slow cooker, then simply stir and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Prep it in the morning and come home after work to dinner that’s ready to eat.

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup Homemade chicken noodle soup in about 30 minutes? Yes, please! I agree with the 5-star rating given to this recipe.

Introducing our new Watermelon Lime Frozen drink mix! It's like a party in your mouth with sweet watermelon and tangy lime. Make it a mocktail or add tequila for a frosty margarita twist!

Picture sweet, juicy watermelon mixed with a tangy lime twist. This icy pink beverage will definitely quench your thirst and leave your taste buds jumping with excitement. You can even make it a mocktail - just combine the mix with water or sparkling water and serve over ice.

There's more! If you wanna kick it up a notch, add some vodka and freeze it in our convenient bucket. Not a fan of vodka? Use rum instead !!!It's like a frosty daiquiri that will blow your mind!

But wait, did you know that you can turn any ne of our drink mixes into a cheese ball or no bake cheesecake????

***For the cheese ball, just mix 1/4 cup of the drink mix with 1 block of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Form into a ball, chell and serve.

***For the cheesecake, you will need1 graham cracker pie crust 1 block of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the drink mix and 1 -8oz whipped topping thawed. Mix all the ingredients, chill and serve.

Just imagine how impressed your family and friends will be when they sink their teeth into these awesome treats !!!
