Tonight’s Dinner Feature | Caribbean-Inspired Red Snapper 🐟

Our roasted whole red snapper is marinated in ginger jerk seasoning, delicately stuffed with fresh cilantro and lime, and finished with a sweet-and-spicy orange marmalade glaze.

It’s no secret that we do a LOT of catering around here, but every once in a while, one just hits a little closer to home. ❤️🌲

Today, we had the honor of catering a retirement celebration for a Pennsylvania DCNR employee, and this one was especially meaningful to Erin.

Both Erin’s father and grandfather were foresters for DCNR, so Pennsylvania’s forests have always held a special place in her heart and in her family’s story. Being able to be part of a celebration honoring someone who shares that same connection to the land made this one extra special for us.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of life’s big milestones, but getting to serve someone who represents a piece of our own family history? That’s the kind of catering that means a little more. 💚

And because no Sweet T & Greens adventure is complete without a little something extra, Lucci even tagged along for cleanup so he could enjoy a little hike in the woods! 🌳🐾

That handsome, calm face? 😂 Don’t let it fool you. He was VERY excited about exploring somewhere new.

🍗 Fried Chicken — Tonight & Tomorrow
Our signature fried chicken dinner is back for two nights. Crispy, juicy, comforting, and exactly what a Wednesday and Thursday night need.

🥩 Chicago-Style Beef Sandwich
Slow-braised beef, roasted garlic aioli, house-made giardiniera and a rich au jus. A little messy, completely indulgent, and very much worth it.

✨ New Appetizer Feature
Chili Crisp Pork Belly with collard green furikake — crispy, savory, a little spicy, and a perfect example of what we love to do: take familiar flavors and give them a Sweet T & Greens twist.

So whether you’re joining us for fried chicken, settling in for the Chicago beef, or ordering something new for the table… there’s plenty of good food waiting for you.

🌙 LATE NIGHT Q&A FROM SWEET T & GREENS… 🌙

Because apparently we’re answering the important questions at 10:30 at night. 😂

What time do the Goodmans eat?
Anywhere between 8 PM and 2 AM.
We don’t recommend this lifestyle. We simply participate in it.

What’s for dinner tonight?
🌮 Peruvian chicken tacos. 🌮

And if you’ve never had Peruvian Aji Verde… are you really even living?!

To all of our loyal followers who have been with us since the market days …YES. That “secret green sauce” you remember? Peruvian Aji Verde. You’re welcome.

And finally… why are jalapeños basically Russian roulette?! 🌶️😂 Some jalapeños are sweet little vegetables. Others have apparently chosen violence.

And finally, finally…that picture was one of our many trips to Virginia. Geno and Pj just had to try these pig feet. They smelled so BAD. Ash almost threw up right at the table. 🤣🤣
