We are a local BBQ catering company that uses only hickory and oak wood from the central Pennsylvania area to give your food the optimal taste of true BBQ. Our Pitmaster has several years of experience and education working an offset smoker to produce that desirable low and slow tenderness BBQers seek.

Every meat we smoke is done by several hours of low and slow live fire cooking with local oak & hickory, and only seasoned with salt and pepper. Come this Sunday May 15th between 1pm-3pm to Team Nauman Wrestling 717 at 500 Penn Street Middletown, Pa 17057. We will be serving up Smoked Out's mild and hot sausage with baked beans and cornbread for $10.00(PA sales tax included). 50% of the proceeds will go to the Wrestling club to support the good work they are doing with today's youth.
