Three years ago, this journey started under a simple pop-up canopy with a smoker, a dream, and a lot of determination. We had no idea where this road would lead, but we knew we were passionate about great food and bringing people together. Today, as we celebrate our 3rd anniversary, it's incredible to look back and see how far we've come. We spent countless hours learning, experimenting, making mistakes, and doing everything we could to serve the best BBQ possible. We never imagined those humble beginnings would grow into a trailer, bigger events, and opportunities beyond what we ever expected ✨️

This journey has been both overwhelming and rewarding. There have been long days, sleepless nights, equipment breakdowns, weather challenges, and moments when we questioned how much more we could take on. But every obstacle taught us something, made us stronger, and helped shape who we are today. The greatest reward has never been the growth itself—it's been the people. To every customer who stood in line, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or came back for another meal, thank you 😊 Your support, encouragement, and trust have allowed us to turn a dream into reality.

One of the biggest blessings along the way has been the friendships we've built 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 We've met incredible customers, fellow vendors, event organizers, and food truck owners who have welcomed, supported, and inspired us. The food truck community is truly special. We've loved not only growing our own business but also discovering amazing food, supporting others, and celebrating their successes. There's room for all of us at the table, and we're proud to be part of such a hardworking and passionate community!❤️

As we mark this milestone, we're grateful for every lesson learned, every friendship made, every event attended, and every plate served. Thank you for being part of this journey—from a small pop-up canopy and smoker to where we are today. We couldn't have done it without you, and we can't wait to see what the future holds...

We're excited to welcome 951 BBQ to the Trinity Farmers Market this season.

Known for Texas-style smoked brisket, pulled pork, cheesy mac, baked beans, potato salad, and banana pudding, 951 BBQ brings award-winning barbecue and comfort food to every event they attend.

One of the things we love most about having 951 BBQ at the market all season long is that their menu rotates. Depending on what they're smoking and preparing, you may find specialties like ribs, burnt ends, loaded smoked baked potatoes, smoked mac and cheese creations, and other featured items throughout the summer.

That means every visit could bring something new to try!
