As of April 4, 2011, C&J Catering has been operating the Restaurant Services in the East Wing of the Harrisburg Capitol building serving freshly prepared soups, sandwiches, salads, entrees, coffee, lattes, frappuccinos, and other hot and cold beverages - all of which are made in our kitchen with fresh, PA Preferred ingredients. Lunch options include a variety of grilled options as well as a lunch
entrée special, a healthy hot entrée special, 3 soups daily plus meaty chili, a made-to-order deli, a make-your-own salad bar, Hershey’s Ice Cream, and fresh baked goods made in our own kitchen with PA Preferred ingredients. C&J Catering is proud to be a PA Preferred company and strives to use only the freshest ingredients from PA Preferred vendors.
