We believe ,that a tamale, should be made with a good amount of masa and good amount of meat. Tired of eating a dry, tamale? Contact us, to place your order. You will not be disappointed. You can choose from, pork in red sauce, beef in red sauce, chicken in green sauce or sweet ones as well.

So my pork meat, is completely done cooking. I'm going to be making, some delicious Tamales. All I got to do now, is make the salsa ( red chile sauce) for my meat, and make the masa (dough) Tomorrow morning.. Well good night, everyone. We'll definitely, post more pics tomorrow, with each step of the way.
