Tonight’s dinner for me and the kids: the TikTok viral Dumpling Bake 🥟🔥🤤
And listen… that sauce?? Absolutely crazy 😮🔥
I made it with chicken, beef, and veggie dumplings—and every single one hit. No misses.
The sauce was simple but packed with flavor:
1 can of coconut milk
3 tbsp of gochujang
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 cups of Bok Choy leaves 🥬
12-14 dumplings
Combine all ingredients and pour it into a baking pan. Add the chopped Bok Choy - I also added a lime leaf to give it a light citrus note….took it all the way up🔥 Place dumplings on top of bok choy and drizzle with more sauce, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. When finished top with green onions and chili oil🙂↔️
Creamy, spicy, savory… this one’s staying in rotation 😌🍽️
