Revitalized by the Soldatke family, this proud veteran-owned farm is nestled in the heart of Harrisburg, South Dakota, and is committed to excellence in organic farming. Bin An Oan began in Byron Center, Michigan as a family run orchard and market in the 1960s. Abe and Ellie Moerland started the family business and preceeded to have their children and grandchildren work in the orchard and market planting, weeding, harvesting, and cleaning produce. Whenever her grandchildren asked, Ellie Moerland would explain that Bin An Oan (Pronounced Bin-On-Waan) means "Garden of Peace" in the province where she grew up. Bin An Oan Farm & Gardens is a labor of love and tribute to our family, tradition, and preserving what we have been given. Join us for this next generation in Harrisburg, South Dakota!

We are about at the end of the timeframe to get your name into our September Turkey giveaway. It ends on August 15th. You will be entered into the drawing with each 5 dozen eggs ordered between July and August 15th. We have our eggs still on sale this month.

We update our online inventory each morning, so check back often for different varieties available. We currently have beans, Zinnias, herbs, Cucumbers, Peppers, Tomatoes, Okra, Spaghetti Squash, and Garlic available.

Our main garden produce is organically certified for the second year through the USDA. Ordering produce from a local producer can give you peace of mind on a lower carbon footprint, contamination from supply chain movements, and knowing you are supporting a local family farm.

We are starting harvest some veggies and will be listed for sale online in the next few days. We expanded our organic garden to the south east side; where our pumpkins, squash, potatoes, and additional tomatoes are located.

Our eggs are currently 25% off thru the month of July. With every 5 dozen eggs purchased now through August 15th, you will receive one entry into our September Turkey giveaway drawing.
