Cooking creativity has been diminished at my job. 😥
It doesn't give me time to create for Sugoi. But sometimes one has to find time for their dreams! I'll be cooking on the weekends on a first come first serve basis. Monday I'll let you know the dish and Saturday it will be cooked. 2 weekends a month!

Sorry for the radio silence. It's been a rough go mentally for me over the last few months. I have a few ideas and I wanted your input!
I'm back working full time which is part of why Sushi Saturdays disappeared.

I'm working on clearing up my weekends so I can either do a featured meal every two weeks or Sushi Saturdays.

The meal would be me making around 20 portions and then selling the complete meal for $15 each. Perhaps doing a discount if you purchase 4 or more.

Sushi Saturdays will be a limited amount of set rolls available. they will be priced accordingly and once the rolls are sold out they are gone! Delivery extra and only if you have exceeded the purchase price of $20.

Parties and private dinners are always still available. I require the minimum of 3 weeks notice for parties/ dinners in order to discuss details.
