Introducing "The Firecracker" Hot Barbecue Sauce.

"The Firecracker" is an extremely dangerous (which makes this the perfect name for this Ghost Pepper Barbecue Sauce) and poorly marked obstruction, in Canadian waters. It is the remenants of the old navigation aid that marked the end of Seaway Island, where the St. Clair Flats Canal, to the north and the St Clair Cut Off, to the islands south. It is a popular bass fishing location.

I apologize for not being too active these past few months.....recently, I've been thinking of new ideas, possible limited releases for 2021.

What are some flavor profiles of barbecue sauce that you'd like to see?
