We NEVER share photos or details from any private catering event without explicit permission from the customers to do so. This weekend was an epic weekend for us. These individuals are very private and I wouldn't think of sharing any information/photos because I didn't even want to ask for permission - but we here at JSP Catering were absolutely honored to have been requested to cater the surprise retirement party for the owners, family and friends of an iconic restaurant in Roseville, MI yesterday after an amazing career. The community is sad to lose this restaurant, but the family, friends and customers will forever remember the iconic all you can eat soups, amazing breakfasts and delicious pastries. Thank you for all the years, memories and great food!

People asked for it, so we are bringing it ... JSP Pizza!!! You know by now that here at JSP, we will NOT take on a new project, cuisine or anything to do with customer service unless we can do it to our standards. THIS is up to our standards and then some!

Here are some photos from our latest Pizza Party this past weekend. Yes, we bring the party to you. Fresh made pizzas, completely made on-site, made to order, 100% homemade dough and fresh ingredients including our own sauce! Best of all, there is no huge minimums like other pizza trucks or pizza oven rentals, we are reasonably priced and our pizzas are really REALLY good! All pizzas are 12" and once we get rolling, we can literally put out a pizza every 2-3 minutes (conservatively ... probably faster depending on the set up).

So, whether it's a birthday party, a side dish to the rest of your buffet or even a late-night snack at a wedding or graduation or any celebration.

Some days are harder than others. So go smoothly and others not so much. TODAY was an absolute blockbuster of a day for JSP Catering and it was an absolute team effort from literally everyone. Robert Cassar completely commanded control of a symphony to pull off our 5 stellar events today. From everyone who pulled extra shifts this week, to the staff that worked the parties, to the staff that covered for others and of course, to an amazing kitchen team. I was incredibly impressed with our whole team this week. We couldn’t do any of this without the support of Jefferson Street Pub and all of our great customers. Someone must be liking what we are doing. And we are humbled to say the least. Keep referring us and we will continue to blow you all away. Great plans coming in the near future. Stay tuned and stay with us. You ain’t seen nothing yet!

Today we are completely honored to be catering 3 events. The first is an unbelievable Celebration of Life at St. Hubert's. I did not personally know the deceased, but we are expecting 250 people. That's respect right there! I didn't even have 250 people at my wedding!

Then we move on to 2 graduation parties this afternoon. What a great day for an outdoor party.

If you are going to be at any of these parties, you are going to be eating good. If you are not, get up to JSP and eat what you want! It's always good food either way!

Rain, Snow, Sleet or Shine - nothing stops JSP Catering from getting you the best food, service and of course, price. Of course, NOTHING matters if the flavor isn’t there though. That’s always first. But when our customers want that “WOW” effect too, we can bring that as well.

Today was an over the top seafood boil for a 40th Birthday Party. Corn on the cob, sausage, redskin potatoes, huge U6/8 wild shrimp, Jumbo snow crab claw clusters and enormous 10oz Maine cold water Lobster tails. Bundle that with crusty bread, vats of clarified butter, fresh lemons and complete with lobster bibs and hand wipes! This is the quintessential seafood boil straight out of New England right in your backyard, show and all, but absolutely delicious food!

We bring EVERYTHING that you need.

You want to do a tasting you say? No problem. We got you. Just ask. This person tastes our food and instantly increased the amount of guests at her event for us. That’s some POWERFUL food, Chef RJ! Way to go!
