To the friends and supporters of Bear Tree Veggies

Like many of you, it's been a year of reevaluating priorities. I decided that upon receiving my 2nd vaccine next week (yipee!), I will indulge my pent up desire to travel and see children after way too long.

So with very mixed feelings I decided I won't be selling plant starts nor planting the garden this year. I cannot thank you enough for your encouragement and support these past 2 summers. We all have Mother Earth to thank for all of it! I am proud to be her partner. Meeting so many like minded veggie lovers has been my reward!

My most sincere good wishes for all of you as you pursue your own adventures post pandemic! I hope to hear all about them!

Good night, garden. Thanks to Mother Earth and all the kind supporters of Bear Tree Veggies this summer. Low of 15 forecast this week. The end--- unless you want the honey crisp apples and 1/2 ripe tomatoes now resting in the house!

Garden update 9/17/20: I have 3+ lbs of pickling cucumbers on deck if anyone is craving pickles. Good for salads and munching, too. Beautiful heirloom slicing and stuffing tomatoes, hot and mild peppers, green beans, and garlic too! Even have a few pretty peaches and pears this year! Surprise for all of us! And the Gravenstein and Honey Crisp apples are coming in!

I have apparently been under a culinary rock for years! Will be trying this with all those jalapenos in the garden.
