If you planted a garden and the tomatoes are coming in hot, it’s time for BBLT’s!! What’s a BBLT you ask? A beef bacon lettuce tomato! We have a great supply if beef bacon on hand, come give it a try! Or add it to your burger, have it for breakfast or whenever you want! $8/pound.

Happy Cinco de Mayo!! We might have messed up and had tacos last night, so we didn’t have fajitas tonight. We opted for beef stroganoff, made with sirloin steak. The only dilemma was I didn’t have matching noodles…

We have another half of beef available, it’s already at Cypress Valley Meats in Pottsville awaiting your custom order! We will need a confirmation by Monday (5/4) at noon to have it cut your way.

These are home raised cattle, finished on grain with grass available and no hormones.

We‘ve heard y’all talking, you’d love to have half a beef in the freezer, but that half a beef is $,$$$. Then you find out that half a beef is close to 400 pounds and you need a new freezer that could cost $,$$$ too.

So introducing our bundle boxes! These are a great way to stock the freezer without breaking the bank or buying a new appliance. They come in 50, 75, or 100 pound boxes.

These are available for farm pick up or I can deliver to Harrison.
