Happy Cinco de Mayo!! We might have messed up and had tacos last night, so we didn’t have fajitas tonight. We opted for beef stroganoff, made with sirloin steak. The only dilemma was I didn’t have matching noodles…

We have another half of beef available, it’s already at Cypress Valley Meats in Pottsville awaiting your custom order! We will need a confirmation by Monday (5/4) at noon to have it cut your way.

These are home raised cattle, finished on grain with grass available and no hormones.

We‘ve heard y’all talking, you’d love to have half a beef in the freezer, but that half a beef is $,$$$. Then you find out that half a beef is close to 400 pounds and you need a new freezer that could cost $,$$$ too.

So introducing our bundle boxes! These are a great way to stock the freezer without breaking the bank or buying a new appliance. They come in 50, 75, or 100 pound boxes.

These are available for farm pick up or I can deliver to Harrison.

The days are getting just right to sit on the porch and grill a steak, so come check out our selection of steaks, or grab some ground beef for burgers. Or if you’re like us, you need a roast to cook in the crockpot because it’s the most efficient way to have dinner almost done when you walk in the door.

Buy a whole box of beef (44 packages, approximately 46 lbs) and save .50 per pound!

We also still have a half available for sale, if it doesn’t sell, I’m considering selling 1/8‘s of a beef. If an 1/8 is more in your budget and your freezer‘s capacity, hit me up.

Did you know we currently offer two kinds of ground beef? 80/20 and 90/10!

The 80/20 is great for burgers and my go to for ground beef, even if I have to drain the grease when I make tacos.

The 90/10 is a leaner option, but still has a great taste.

80/20 - $7/lb
90/10 - $8/lb

Buy a whole box (approximately 46 pounds) and get .50 off per pound.
