Last year this was just part of the backyard. Then my son-in-law got me wayyyy more seed potatoes than I had space to plant lol So we, aka Jody, tilled up a new garden bed & amended it with compost from our compost bin for potatoes. It grew us 90lbs of potatoes guys!! Once they were done we didn’t want to leave the bed empty so I planted purple hull peas and a couple yellow squash. It is proving to be a very healthy bed of soil that is producing well!

I always have some kind of science project of sorts going on 🧑‍🔬😂 fermenting peppers! They have been fermenting for a couple weeks now so Jody tried some today & loved them.
