So I questioned myself as I went to make grape jam…but so worth it! And I know all the 4 ingredients it took to make it unlike store bought 😉

It was a peach jam afternoon 🍑 🍑 fresh peaches from Edward Gay Family Farm for the win! Next up grape jelly!

The garden is still trucking along even with this brutal heat! We planted another small round of blue lakes, purple hills, & a couple more zucchini where the potato patch was. Pulled things that were done from the trellis and replanted some bean back in there too. My little Gremlin gourds are the cutest things around tho! Now off to can some purple hulls and peppers this afternoon! Have a blessed week guys!!

If you haven’t tried my Fire Salt or Tuscan Herb Salt you are missing out! Fire salt is a staple for Jody these days on EVERYTHING. Eggs, popcorn, sandwiches, you name it! And the Tuscan Herb Salt is just a general household staple for us. Sooooo good on chicken, steak, & veggies! The peppers & herbs are all from my garden! I have some of both on hand currently so let me know if you want some!! $5 each!
