I am so surprised that all 4 eggs were still good at 8 weeks.
Washed Unrefrigerated egg yolk broke when I cracked the egg. That means that it is really flat and fragile. The air sac in the shell was very easy to see. I guess it will be rotten next time I crack it.
Unwashed unrefrigerated egg yolk is much flatter than the refrigerated eggs and it's chalazae was pretty much gone.
Both of the refrigerated eggs had a long chalazae and were still like a sphere.

All 4 eggs were good!

I thought the Washed Unrefrigerated egg was going to be rotten, but it was good! 🍳
The chalazae (white string thing) is getting less visible on the unrefrigerated eggs and the air sac in the Washed Unrefrigerated egg was taking up a lot of space, so I think the next egg will be bad.

I have 20 dozen eggs available. $3/dozen. Let me know if you need any for Easter! 🥚
