I have two and a half hogs left that will be processed at Heatheringtons in Clinton on Monday! They are available at my discounted price of $1/pound and processing is paid separately direct to the butcher on pickup. I will have them on the scale later today for weights. Message me ASAP if interested!

Processing is $50 plus .67/pound hanging weight and an additional .65 for curing.

Unfortunately my time with the business side of the ranch is coming to an end. At least for a little while. I will still have some turkeys and chickens that need to be butchered and a few pigs that are reserved for the end of this month. I want to thank everyone who trusted me to provide you with good quality food that is raised the right way. I cannot express how much your support means to me and all of the great people I’ve met through this journey. Hopefully next year will be better and I can get back into the swing of things.

Well only one mini hereford cow left to calve now. Mrs. Sneaky went and hid her calf in the ragweed and revealed her this afternoon. I assume she had her last night or this morning. She’s a tiny little thing! Small German shepherd for size comparison.
