Well it didn’t warn up enough yesterday to get sap to boil today. Will probably get some this afternoon that I will boil either boil tonight or tomorrow.

We'd like extend our thanks to all who visited the sugarhouse this weekend. It was a busy weekend. Whether it was your first visit or your tenth, we hope you departed with a deeper understanding of the maple production process and a package of some type of our 'liquid gold' to enjoy at home.

We also would like to thank author for sharing an autographed copy of one of her recent works loosely inspired by a visit to the sugarhouse. Can't wait to read it. We do always enjoy your groups visit!
