Sooooo online bee group people are kinda mean and very opinionated (don’t tell them I said so🤫), so I want to ask you the people!

My honey had specs in it from pollen and such (the horror!) Does that bother you all? I would prefer to eat it with all the raw goodness in it, but I may be weird😂 As the “paying customers” do you all want me to filter it one more time before bottling? It won’t hurt my feelings either way, I just want to know what’s preferred or if there’s no preference🤷🏻‍♀️

(Not my picture)....we are sitting up at the Constitution Festival this weekend at the Constitution Square in Danville, Ky. The festival usually runs 9-5 I believe. We may have to leave a little early for a wedding, but we will be set up all day! And we have some new products this season! I'll be posting some pictures over the next few days.

A sneak look at the pear vinegar! The white film on top is the vinegar mother. Think of it as a sour dough starter except for vinegar. I believe once the pieces sink to the bottom, it’s time to strain! Then 2-4 more weeks of fermentation until done! We’ve left it in the kitchen with no problems. It doesn’t smell bad like you’d expect.

We finished the second raised bed yesterday! We don't have enough compost to do a third, so we will either have to get more or do something else with the soil. Since we tend to get ourselves in over our head, we are leaning towards not building more beds just yet. But we are still excited to get a garden back! We haven't had one since we left Georgia.
