We have beef processing dates scheduled for August and September. Please reach out to us if you’re interested in buying a 1/4 or 1/2 of a beef. We will be charging $9.50/lb. You can figure a 1/2 beef will come out to 250lb. In addition, you can customize which cuts you’d want. Thanks!
