Explosive diarrhea from produce, salmonella from eggs, listeria from ice cream.... what do all of these food born illnesses have in common? Every one of them are products bought from a grocery store and processed through a regulated system that is intended to keep our food safe...FAIL!
Now ask yourself when was the last time you heard about these type of outbreaks originating from a farmstand, farmers market, or local farm store? I cant remember a single one. It’s just impossible to mow the grass and take down weeds when THIS world is in them. We have white clover all over, and chickory blooming in the morning brings tons of bee activity. We will let it run its course for now.
