Proud Momma and her babies!

This is Erin's first litter, and these babies will be 3/4 Angora. I was really hoping for a baby her color, but the whole litter looks to be grey/silver. We believe she had 4! Which isn't half bad for a first litter.

The piglets have made it to 8 weeks old!!

I am elated they have made it this far. Today they graduated from the tractor in the yard, to the garden.

They are learning how to navigate the electric fence. And so far they are staying in.

Now we let them dig for the next month so my garden is ready for planting.

These sweet girls will be 8 weeks old tomorrow!

They have graduated from the chicken tractor to the garden! They are figuring out the electric fence and are doing well (so far!).

I am just so thankful with how well these girls are doing!

Quail hatch day! These little cuties are a perfect handful!

Eli had 6/7 eggs hatch, and the momma really said copy paste. They all look just like her!

My son has loved raising coturnix Quail. And he can't wait to grow our numbers for the summer.

Fencing, fencing, and more fencing.

I have spent this week fixing fences, and more fences. The cows are testing every limit with this warm spring weather.

We have fixed 2 fences at our house, and a 3rd needs worked on! And we have repaired 3 different sections at the cow field.

*And we need to finish running wire on a separate field!

The work is never done around here. Some days are sunshine and rainbows, and some days are just hard! Some days there is too much to do and not enough time, and others are smooth sailing!
