Since Early Bird is a self-serve and self-pay (honor system) farm stand, you are welcome to visit anytime during day-light hours. However home made cinnamon rolls and coffee are only offered Saturday’s during the spring, summer and fall seasons. If you would like to make a custom order, please send us a direct message to inquire about the details.

Just to clarify we are in fact closed indefinitely.

We are not saying this is the end of the road but we have shifted our focus for the time being. Thank you so much to everyone that came, that visited, that was a part of our lives. We appreciate each and every one of you. Have a wonderful day and we hope to see you around!

Sweet Corn is gone.

Thank you so much to all who came! What a whirlwind. The heat kicked up, the corn came on fast and unfortunately we didn’t get a lot of the 2nd ears that we typically did, but we are so thankful for all that we got. Have a great summer y’all!

11:30am Friday June 28th
You guys rock! We got hit hard this morning! There is still some corn on the trailer to get, but not a lot. If you pick your own, the north half is where you should focus. The South is all picked from the Apple tree on. If you find only smaller ears that aren’t so great, take plenty extra. We are getting to the point now where 14 or more can be a dozen. At this rate we will be out by end of weekend so don’t dilly dally. We will try to get some more on the trailer if time allows. Thank you to everyone!

7:20am Sweet Corn update- almost 50 dozen out the door this morning. The trailer was full when we started but it’s gone fast! We will pick more today weather permitting and as always, the patch is open for you-pick. There is some left at this point but that can change fast.

Tomorrow we will possibly not be able to pick additional corn so what is on the trailer tomorrow morning will likely be all there is for the day. The patch will be open for you pick all day though. As always self serve and honor system, take a few extra if you question any. Thank you all!

We are stocked back up, with 12 dozen already out the door today. We still have a LOT in the patch to pick, so if we are out on the trailer you are welcome to pick some or come back tomorrow when we are full again. I estimate we are about 1/4 through the patch so far. $6 a dozen, if you worry about an ear, grab an extra. We want everyone to leave happy and with a sack full of goodies. Thank you to everyone that has came out so far.

🌽 It’s time! This week the sweet corn is ready!

When: starting Wednesday June 26
PRE-PICKED- open 6am to 8pm daily as long as it lasts.
-There will be a trailer parked in the shade loaded every morning until it’s gone.

YOU-PICK 6am-10am and 5pm-8pm (beat the heat and come early, please be safe and do not overdo it.)

It is self-service and honor system. That means you can come out, load up what you want, place your money in the cash box inside the stand and be on your way. We DO NOT have bags this year so please BYOB (bring your own bag). Please be aware: this is a farm, there may be sticks, bugs, dirt, worms, and many other things. Wear appropriate clothing if you plan to pick corn for yourself, we are not responsible for any injuries or mishaps. Pick at your own risk.

The you-pick is available to anyone who wants to pick their own corn, this year the patch is all ready at once so you can pick from any row you please. If you pick it, please take it. We would rather you take an extra ear or two than waste corn.

First come-first serve. We cannot hold ears back but there will be 500-700 dozen total so we have plenty to share.

***WE ARE SOLD OUT OF THE CLASSIC CINNAMON ROLLS & CARROT CAKE ROLLS*** We can still take pie preorders!

Thank you all for your patience as we took an much needed, extra long winter break. As we approach opening the stand for the 2024 season, we are going to change things up, here are the updates:
• Instead of doing rolls every Saturday, we’re going to slow it way down and only do “pop up” events on select weekends (stay up-to-date by following our social media pages),
• All pop up events will be preorder only events,
• We can take custom orders (on dates we aren’t doing pop up events), but there is a 6 pan (2 dozen) minimum order required and custom orders have to be requested 3 days prior to when you want the rolls, and
• All orders need to be picked up at the farm stand. Delivery may be an option, but with a delivery fee.

Now - let’s talk Easter! 🐰 🥕 🐣 We are taking preorders for Easter weekend, here’s the details:

🌀 $6/pan of 4 classic cinnamon rolls (order freshly baked or frozen for take-n-bake)
🥕 $7/pan of carrot cake sweet rolls (order freshly baked or frozen for take-n-bake)
🥧 Lacey Rust will be offering her delicious homemade pies, $25/each and flavor options are: blueberry, apple, cherry and peach
🐰 Three Boys Treats will also have a variety of Easter goodies to chose from, including smash eggs,
Easter bunny cookies, cookie baskets, and PYO (paint your own cookies) - these were a personal fav of my kiddos last year. No preorders necessary for these treats, they will be in the stand for you to pick from.

Preorders can be picked up Friday, 3/29 or Saturday, 3/30 at the farm stand, 1927 Rd 100, Hartford.

Please send us a message with your order. If you don’t hear back from us, we didn’t get your order. Limited quantities available - will post an update when we are sold out.

Restocked and ready to rock! Full Blood and Purebred wagyu ribeyes, filets, strips, roasts and hamburger. Price list coming soon, these are a little different than last time, the steaks are individually vacuum wrapped and we will have some 1/4lb hamburger patties as well.

Putting some bundles together as well as a raffle for a nice package. Details on those to come soon!
