Hi, I’m Giovanna — the Pastry Chef and owner behind Dulcini 🤍

I’ve been a Pastry Chef for over 17 years, and I truly cannot imagine myself doing anything else. Everything I create is made from scratch with passion, creativity, and most importantly, love. Food is a language — and baking has always been my greatest expression of love ✨

After graduating from Culinary School in 2008, I started my career as a cake decorator before moving into fine dining and luxury hotels in Puerto Rico, where I developed my skills creating plated desserts and wedding cakes.

A few years later, I was given the opportunity to become a Pastry Chef Instructor in Puerto Rico — a role that completely changed my life. Teaching allowed me to help others grow, discover their talent, and pursue their own culinary dreams.

Throughout the years, every opportunity pushed me one step higher in my career, allowing me to grow both professionally and creatively as a Pastry Chef. Each experience taught me something valuable and helped shape the pastry chef I am today ✨

But through every chapter of my career, one dream always stayed in my heart: owning my own bakery.

Dulcini is not just a business to me — it’s the dream I’ve carried with me since culinary school 18 years ago. Behind every dessert and cake is a professional Pastry Chef who has dedicated her life to this craft and is working hard every single day to turn this dream into a reality 🤍
