Holmestead Farm My husband and I have a small farm selling some veggies and pastured chicken and pork. We have lots of ice storm damage that we have been clearing up.

We use quality grain and use natural chicken and goat fertilizer and no pesticides. We are on a 20 acre parcel of land at the base of Holmes Hill in Hartford. Were trying to manage the land for better habitat for the deer and rabbits. Were also putting in some pasture land and planting a small orchard.

One Apple pie down.3 to go..then onto apple crisps..made from Wolf river apples. You can get one or more at the East Sumner Church fall festival this Saturday! In ground baked beans lots of vendors !
